and Event Organisers especially appreciate the flexibility
of the Riviera International Conference Centre’s
main conference hall, the Forum. Accommodating up to 1500
delegates on two levels, in theatre style seating (950
on the ground floor and 550 on the balcony), on three
sides of the stage.
Delegates are treated
to comfortable seating, either theatre style or classroom
style, with unhindered sight lines taking in the entire
raised stage. The back stage complex includes four dressing
rooms with full services and a separate security entrance
directly into the dressing room area.
The seating in the Forum
hall is entirely removable and the hall is versatile
enough to be arranged for as few as 300 delegates. Because
of this flexibility, the Forum also provides an excellent
banqueting venue and can accommodate up to 700 guests.
The centre staff are proud to boast of their fastest
turnaround from conference seating to banquet style
in just 2 hours!
In addition and being
located adjacent to the Arena Hall it can also provide
overflow exhibition space, offering a total of 1300
square metres of space (840 on the ground floor and
480 on the balcony level). Both levels have connecting
corridors to the Arena Hall.
