“Having successfully executed a large scientific conference for the British Hip Society at the RICC back in March 2011, there was no doubt in our mind that the RICC would be the perfect venue to host the forthcoming British Elbow & Shoulder Society 23rd Annual Scientific Meeting in June 2012, albeit on a larger scale.
Given the overall event requirements of holding 500+ delegates in a plenary auditorium, multiple breakout rooms, a large exhibition space for over 30 exhibitors, and a gala dinner, the RICC ticked all the boxes. The entire team at the RICC have been thoroughly professional and a pleasure to deal with. Having the added support of a centralised accommodation booking system has made it all the more easier both for delegates and us as organisers.”
